This project involved designing a unique online customization experience for Ralph Lauren Home's iconic furniture range.
Problem:
The main challenge was to make numerous customization options (up to 20 for some models) visual, fun, and easy to navigate. Additionally, maintaining user engagement across different devices was a significant hurdle.
Outcomes:
The impact was significant, introducing a new, fun, and visually appealing way for customers to customize Ralph Lauren’s iconic furniture. The enhanced user experience fostered increased customer engagement and satisfaction
